Official-in-Charge was J. Titmus,esq Boxers on this bill included R Jenkins v W McKnight in the Bantamweight final with McKnight winning also M Bliss v T Dunn in the Featherweight final with Dunn winning.In the Light-Heavyweight Final B Austin won against M Mellett

First contest of the evening saw Freddie Kiwitt against Matt Seawright over four-threes with Kiwitt winning on points 40-37.
Next up saw Wayne Ingram against James Conroy in another four-threes with Ingram winning on points 40-36.

Third contest of the evening was between Danni Griffiths and Courtney Richards over four-threes with Griffiths winning on points 40-36.

 

 

Fourth contest of the evening saw Lewis Van Poetsch and Martin McCord in a four-threes with McCord winning in round 3 as referee stopped contest due to Poetsch having a nasty cut above his left eye.

 

 

Last contest of the evening was over eight three-minute rounds for the vacant International Masters Lightweight Title between Danny Carter and Kevin Hanks with Carter winning on points 80-74.

Joe Pigford stopped Bheki Moyo after 1-03 of the second round this was scheduled for four-three minute rounds.
Tony hill stopped Tomas Kuglar at 1-12 of the second round this was scheduled for six three-minute rounds.

Wade Armour also stopped his opponent Ben Zacharkiw in 2-52 of the last round this was a four-threes.
Tommy Watson faced Liam Griffiths over four-threes with Watson winning on points.
Shane Watson faced Jamie Zaszlos in a four-threes with Watson winning on points 40-36.

Jake Gosling and Dan Blackwell fought over four-three minute rounds with Gosling winning in points 40-36.
Richard O'Connor Faced Jay Morris in his first fight as a pro winning in points 39-37.
Darryl Still won on points against Jason McArdle  40-37.

Matty Tew also won his contest against Andy Harris over six-threes winning on points 59-56.

King Davidson also won after forcing Micheal Monaghan to retire at the
end of round four this contest was scheduled for six three-minute rounds.

First up was a four-three minute round contest between Dane Kelly and Mitch Mitchell with Mitchell winning on points 39-38.
Second contest of the evening was also over four-threes between Krystian Nadofski and Scott Westgarth with Westgarth winning in round two as Nadofski was unable to continue.

Third contest of the evening saw Hughie Fury take on David Gegeshidze over eight-threes with Fury winning in round four.
Next up saw Lee Haskins defend his British Bantamweight Title against Jason Booth with Haskins winning an unanimous decision after 12 rounds with Howard Foster scoring the contest 117-111,Terry O'Connor 118-111 and Jeff Hinds 118-111.

Next contest saw Hasan Karkadi and Elvis Dube over six-threes with Hasan winning on points60-54.

 

Last up saw Dan Sarkozi and Liam Griffiths in a four-threes with Sarkozi winning on points 40-36.

Inter Station boxing Tournament At Royal Air Force Binbrook 3rd February 1965

This was held on the social activitie centre blue lion club official in charge was FLT LT E.A. Stubley.Competing in this tournament amongst others were Royal Air Force binbrook,Royal Air Force Waddington ,Royal Air Force Ely and Royal Air Force Manby.No information who was boxing would love to find out so if you can help me then please leave a comment thanks.

Bingham and District Amateur Boxing Club Second Annual Open Boxing Tournament,Monday,13th May,1963.

This was held at Normanton Inn,Clumber,Nottinghamshire this programme would have cost you 2/6.Bingham and District Amateur Boxing Club was founded in 1955 chairman at the time of this tournament was E.F.Huskinson.Boxers on this bill featured amongst others were

P.Snowdon,and R Pritchett both from Bingham and M.Varley Clifton A.B.C.and K.Hawkins St Pauls A.B.C. Hull.

Last contest of the evening was a eight -threes between Nick Blackwell and Max Maxwell with Blackwell also winning on points 80-72.
