This was held at Whitchurch Sports Centre ,Bristol on the 8th May 2004.Audley Harrison was up against Julius Francis in a twelve,three minute round contest defending his WBF Heavyweight Championship Belt he went on to take a points victory with Judge Roy Francis scoring it 119-109,Judge John Keane scoring it 119-108 and Judge Larry O'connell scoring it 119-109 Referee in charge was John Foster,also on the bill was Scott Dann against Danny Thornton for the BBB of C English Middleweight Title which saw Scott stop Danny in 1.55 of round three with a TKO.
